Aaron Kanter, Esq.

Aaron Kanter is Forte's in-house legal counsel. Prior to joining Forté, Aaron practiced at Dow Lohnes, PLLC in the corporate transactions group. Aaron primarily advised major communications companies, private equity funds, financial institutions and technology companies on corporate transactions and venture capital financing. Aaron also was a speechwriter and analyst for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Economic Security, and clerked for Judge Collins Seitz on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Aaron received a J.D. for the University of Virginia School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
